Zero Tolerance

However, we must remind everyone that our surgery operates a Zero Tolerance Policy. We are committed to providing fair and high-quality care, and we work hard to manage services within the resources available. Unfortunately, we do not have an unlimited number of appointments.

Recently, we have seen an increase in abusive behaviour towards reception and admin our staff. Please be aware that any form of abuse will not be tolerated.

• If abuse occurs on the premises, you will receive a formal warning and may be asked to leave.
• If abuse occurs over the telephone, our staff are within their rights to inform you that the conversation is uncomfortable and to end the call.

We trust you will understand and respect this policy so that we can continue to provide the best possible care for everyone.
