Allow extra time to get your Appointment

Due to ongoing roadworks and increased travel difficulties in the Canterbury area, we kindly ask all patients to allow extra time when travelling to the surgery for your appointment.

• Our clinics run on a very tight schedule to ensure we can offer care to all patients. If you arrive late or miss your appointment, it may not be possible to fit you in on the same day or the next day.
• If you are unable to allow extra travel time, please let us know at the time of booking, or reply to your appointment confirmation to let us know if the appointment is not viable for you.
