Important please read before submitting your Anima Online Consultation:
- The Online Consultation Service is open from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
- Your consultation will be triaged by a GP within 2 working days and we will keep you updated with any decisions made.
- Consultations are prioritised depending on urgency and decided by the GP
- Please let us know your availability for appointments
- If Anima advises you to attend Emergency services such as A&E we would advise you to do so as the symptoms you have described have flagged as an emergency
- If you are having problems completing your consultation please call the surgery for further advice.
