Prescriptions

Patients on long-term medication will be given a computer-printed list of their regular items to enable renewal of their prescription. Please ensure you submit your request 7-10 working days before your prescription is due to run out. Once your prescription has been accepted it will either be sent through to your nominated pharmacy eletronically or printed out for you to collect. 

Your repeat prescription must be requested in writing or via our online repeat prescription form. If you would like your prescription to be posted to you, please include a stamped addressed envelope. If you require your prescription to be collected from us by a local pharmacy, please indicate this clearly.

Duty Chemist

The duty chemist is listed in the local paper and on the door of any chemist.
